Click All Forms in the left sidebar to open the forms list.
Click Add Form in the top-right corner. If the list is empty, you will see a Create Form button in the middle of the page instead — both do the same thing.
In the dialog that opens, give the form a name. The name is just for your own reference inside the dashboard. A description is optional.
Click Create Form. The form is saved immediately and a card for it appears in the forms list.
Click the form card to open its settings page. From there, click Open Builder in the top-right corner to enter the form builder, where you add steps, fields, and styling.
Walk through every step in the centre preview to check the full flow, including any conditional logic.
Make sure required fields are marked and validation rules match the data you actually need.
Open the form's Connect → Integrations and connect at least one destination (Make.com or Leadbyte) so leads are forwarded somewhere outside the app.
Check Connect → Deploy to see your form's public URL before sharing it.
