Design — controls the visual presentation of the form. Split into six sub-sections: Form (card-level layout), Sections (hero, FAQs, social proof, and other page sections), Template (page template preset), Theme (colours, fonts, and spacing), Footer (footer content and links), and Privacy (privacy policy text shown to visitors).
Build — where you manage your form's steps and the fields inside each step. This is where you add questions, reorder them, set options for radio buttons, and turn on conditional logic.
Pages — three special pages that sit outside the main question flow: the Thank You page (what visitors see after submitting), Privacy Policy (a linked page with your data handling details), and Custom Pages (any additional pages you need).
The centre always shows a live preview of your form. Every change you make in the left or right panel is reflected here instantly. You can click through the preview to test step navigation, conditional logic, and how the form looks at different stages.
The right panel shows settings for whatever is currently selected. Click a step to see step-level options (step title, button text, conditions that show or hide the step). Click a field within a step to see field-level settings (label, placeholder, help text, required toggle, validation). When nothing is selected, the panel shows form-wide settings.
Back arrow — returns you to the form's settings page without losing any unsaved changes (the builder autosaves continuously).
Form name — displayed in the header so you always know which form you are editing.
Sync status — a small indicator that shows when the builder is saving. It reads Saved when everything is up to date.
Draft / Published toggle — flips the form between Draft (not visible to visitors) and Published (live at its public URL).
External link icon — opens the form's public URL in a new tab so you can preview it as a visitor would see it.
Use Ctrl+Z (or Cmd+Z on Mac) to undo the last change and Ctrl+Shift+Z (or Cmd+Shift+Z on Mac) to redo. Undo and redo controls are also available as buttons in the header.
