Open the form in the builder.
Find the Draft / Published toggle in the top-right of the builder header.
Flip it to Published.
The toggle turns green and reads Published. Your form is now live at its public URL and accepting submissions.
You can continue editing a published form at any time. Every change you save goes live immediately — there is no second publish step. If you want to make larger changes without visitors seeing a half-finished form, flip it back to Draft, make your changes, then publish again.
Flip the toggle back to Draft to stop accepting submissions. Visitors who reach the public URL will see a not-found response. Any submissions already collected are not affected — they stay in your Leads tab.
Back on the forms list, each form card shows a status badge. Published forms show a green Published badge. Drafts show a grey Draft badge. This gives you a quick overview of which forms are live without having to open each one.
