Enabling a custom thank-you page
Open the form in the builder.
Go to the Pages tab in the left panel.
Click Thank You Page.
Toggle on Show Thank You Page. The default confirmation card is replaced with a blank canvas.
Click Add Block to start adding content.
Available blocks
Headline — a large title, with optional personalisation using {name} or {postcode} placeholders.
Body Text — a rich-text paragraph.
Next Steps — a numbered checklist of what happens after submission.
CTA Button — a button that opens a URL in a new tab.
Map — an interactive map where the visitor can pin their location.
Quotes — a quotes carousel for social proof.
Social Proof — a row of as-seen-on logos.
Consent — marketing opt-in checkboxes (Email, SMS, WhatsApp).
Divider — a horizontal separator.
Disabling the custom page
Toggle off Show Thank You Page at any time to revert to the default confirmation card. Your block content is preserved and will reappear if you toggle it back on.
