Every submission is saved in the app immediately, regardless of whether you have set up any integrations. You can always find all submissions in the Leads tab on the form's settings page. This means leads are never lost even if a downstream integration is misconfigured.
You can connect two destinations that receive a copy of every new submission:
Make.com — the submission is sent as a webhook POST to a Make webhook URL. Inside Make, you can route the lead into any tool: your CRM, Google Sheets, Slack, your own API, or anywhere Make connects to. Zapier users can use a Zapier Catch Hook URL in the same field.
Leadbyte — the submission is posted directly into a Leadbyte campaign using your API key, campaign ID, and a field mapping you set up. Leadbyte then distributes the lead according to your campaign rules.
If you have added a Facebook Pixel ID in the form's Connect → Tracking, a conversion event fires on the thank-you page (or just before a redirect). This is separate from the Make and Leadbyte integrations — it runs client-side in the visitor's browser.
Open the form's Connect → Integrations. Make.com and Leadbyte each have their own sub-tab. If you do not set up any integration, your leads still arrive in the Leads tab — they just do not go anywhere else automatically.
