When you sign in you land on the dashboard home. This page shows a high-level summary of your account: total forms, total submissions, and team members, along with a conversion rate card, a submissions-over-time chart, a list of top-performing forms, and a feed of recent submissions.
Dashboard — returns you to the home page from anywhere in the app.
Companies — view and manage your company details. If you are a platform admin, this page lists every company on the platform.
All Forms — the full list of every form in your company. This is where you create new forms and open existing ones.
A/B Tests — a cross-form view of every A/B test you have created, whether active or completed.
Click All Forms in the sidebar to see your forms. Each form appears as a card showing the form name, its status badge (Published, Draft, or Archived), the custom domain if one is set, the submission count, and the date it was last modified. Action buttons on the card let you open the public URL, jump straight to Stats, or go to Leads.
Click a form card to open its settings page. Across the top are seven tabs: Stats, Leads, A/B Tests, Submission, Deploy, Tracking, and Advertorials. Each tab covers a different aspect of the form. The Open Builder button in the top-right takes you into the form editor.
Your personal settings (display name, password, MFA) are accessed via the user menu at the bottom of the left sidebar. Click your name or avatar to open it, then choose Settings.
