A single-choice list. The visitor sees a set of options you define and can pick exactly one. This is the most common type for qualifying questions — 'Are you a homeowner?', 'What type of roof do you have?' — because the answer can drive disqualification logic.
A visual option picker where each choice shows an icon alongside a short label. Works like Radio (single choice) by default. Use it when icons make the choices clearer or when you want a more visual, tappable layout on mobile.
A single-line text input. After choosing the Text type, pick the input sub-type in the Content tab: Text (generic), Email, Phone, Number, URL, or Postcode. Each sub-type gets the right mobile keyboard and the right validation. Email and Phone are the most commonly used.
A multiple-choice list. The visitor can tick any number of your options. Use it for 'select all that apply' questions — interests, services needed, problems they have.
A multi-line text box for longer answers — enquiries, descriptions, or feedback. Because it requires more effort to fill in, place it later in the form after the visitor is already engaged.
Two text inputs side by side in a single step. Defaults to First Name and Last Name. Each half has its own label, placeholder, and validation. Use it when you need two short related values without making them separate steps.
