Open the Build tab in the left panel.
Click Add Step at the bottom of the step list. A new Text step is created.
Select the step and use the Type tab to change it to the right type.
Drag steps up and down by their grip handle to set the order visitors will see.
The step loader is a brief fullscreen interstitial that plays between one step and the next. It gives the impression that something is being analysed or processed, which builds trust and reduces drop-off on the step that follows.
Select the step after which you want the loader to appear.
In the right panel, go to the Content tab and scroll to the Step Loader section.
Toggle Enable step loader on.
Set the loader message (e.g. 'Checking your details...'), duration (1–10 seconds), and animation style (Spinner, Circle, or Dots).
The default button labels (Continue, Get Results, Submit) and progress bar settings are configured from the Build tab. Scroll to the bottom of the step list and click the Form Settings card. In the General tab you can set: the progress bar title, the initial progress percentage (so the bar does not start at zero), and custom text for every button in the flow — first step button, continue button, get results button, and final submit button.
