Disqualification is available on Radio, Icon, and Multi-Select steps. These are the choice-based step types where each answer is a discrete option.
Select a Radio, Icon, or Multi-Select step from the Build tab.
In the right panel, go to the Content tab.
Scroll down to the Step Conditions section (labelled 'Disqualify by answer').
Each answer option in that step is listed with a toggle switch.
Turn on the toggle next to any option you want to disqualify.
A message input appears beneath it. Enter what the visitor should see — for example, 'Sorry, this service is not available in your area.' The default is 'Sorry, you do not qualify.'
Repeat for any other options that should disqualify.
When a visitor selects a disqualifying option and tries to continue, they see the disqualification message you set. They cannot progress to the next step. This keeps unqualified leads out of your CRM and prevents you from paying for contacts that will not convert.
Disqualification stops the visitor entirely. There is no cross-step conditional routing — you cannot show or hide a later step based on how someone answered an earlier question. If you need to split visitors into different paths, consider building separate forms and using advertorials or landing pages to route traffic to the right one.
