Switch to the Pages tab in the builder and click Thank You Page. The right panel shows the Thank You Settings and a block list. Toggle Show Thank You Page on if it is not already. Click Add Section to open the block picker.
Headline — the main heading of the page. Supports {name} and {postcode} merge tags to personalise the message.
Body Text — a rich-text paragraph. Can be added multiple times.
CTA Button — a button with custom label and URL. Can be added multiple times.
Next Steps — a titled list of 'what happens next' items. Good for setting expectations after submission.
Map — an embedded map with instructions for the visitor. Useful for local services.
Quotes — links visitors to another form (yours, with optional query parameters) or to an external URL with a custom button label. Use this when you want to send visitors on to another step in your funnel after submission.
Consent — a marketing opt-in block for capturing email/SMS consent at the point of submission.
Social Proof — an 'as seen in' logo strip to reinforce credibility.
Divider — a horizontal rule to separate sections visually.
Headline, Next Steps, Map, Quotes, Consent, and Social Proof can each be added once. Body Text, CTA Button, and Divider can be added as many times as you like. Once a singleton block is in the list, its button in the picker is greyed out.
Drag the grip handle on any block row to change its position on the page.
