Submission statuses

Every submission has a status — Converted Lead or Unqualified Lead — that determines which tab it appears in. You can change it at any time from the table or from the submission drawer.

The two statuses

  • Converted Lead — a qualified submission worth acting on. Shown with a purple badge and a check icon in the Status column. These appear in the Converted Leads tab.

  • Unqualified Lead — a submission that did not pass your criteria. Shown with a red badge and an X icon. These appear in the Unqualified Leads tab.

Changing status

There are two ways to change a submission's status. In the table, click the status badge in the Status column to open the inline selector and pick the other value. In the submission drawer, use the status selector at the top. Both methods save immediately and the tab counts update at once.

What status does and does not do

Status is an internal label. Changing it does not trigger any integration, webhook, or notification automatically. It only moves the submission between the two tabs in the Leads view. If you want a system to react when a status changes — for example, sending a follow-up email when a lead is marked Converted — you would need to set that up externally via a Make.com scenario watching the status field.
