Open the form's Leads tab.
Find the row you want to remove.
Click the trash icon in the action column on the right.
An alert dialog appears with the title 'Delete Lead' and the message: 'Are you sure you want to delete this lead? This action cannot be undone.'
Click Delete to confirm. The row is removed immediately.
Tick the checkbox on each row you want to remove. Use the checkbox in the column header to select every row on the current page.
A 'Delete Selected (N)' button appears above the table showing the count of selected rows.
Click it. The dialog reads: 'Are you sure you want to delete N selected lead(s)? This action cannot be undone.'
Click Delete Selected to confirm. All selected leads are removed and a toast confirms how many were deleted.
Deletion is only available from the table — either the per-row trash icon or the bulk Delete Selected button. The submission drawer does not have a delete option. If you have the drawer open and want to delete that lead, close the drawer first and use the trash icon on the row.
Deleted submissions are removed from the leads table immediately and are excluded from all analytics going forward — visit counts, conversion rates, and funnel numbers all update to reflect the deletion. Downstream systems (Make.com scenarios, Leadbyte campaigns) keep whatever copy they already have — deletion in your dashboard does not reach them.
