Each step is shown as a numbered card with the step's question text. On the right is the completion rate percentage. Below the question is a horizontal progress bar colored by performance: green at 80% or above, yellow between 50-79%, red below 50%. If a step has average time data, it is shown as 'Avg time: [duration]' beneath the bar.
If more than 10% of users hit a validation error on a step, a red badge appears on that step's card showing the total error count. Hovering the badge shows the percentage of users who encountered the error on that step. High error rates usually mean the question is ambiguous, the format requirement is unclear, or a required field is harder to complete than expected.
Above the funnel chart is the Analyze with AI button. Click it to run an AI analysis of your form structure and the current funnel data. While analyzing, the button shows 'Analyzing...' with a spinner. When complete, a modal opens with recommendations ranked by expected impact, each tied to the specific step or field it applies to. After the first analysis the button splits into 'View AI Recommendations' and 'Re-analyze' so you can revisit results or refresh them after making changes.
