From the form's Stats area, switch to the Traffic Sources tab. Three summary cards at the top show Total Submissions, Active Campaigns (count of unique campaign names), and Top Source (the highest-volume utm_source).
Top Sources — bar chart showing submission counts for up to 10 utm_source values.
Medium Distribution — pie chart showing the proportion of submissions by utm_medium.
Top Campaigns — bar chart showing submission counts for up to 10 utm_campaign values.
Submission Trends — line chart showing daily submission volume over time.
Below the charts is a scrollable Campaign Performance table. Each row represents a unique combination of Source, Medium, Campaign, and Content. The table columns are: Source, Medium, Campaign, Content, Submissions (count), Conversion (percentage of converted leads), and Last Activity (date of the most recent submission).
Time range — Today, Last 24 Hours, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days.
Status — filter by submission status (Converted or Unqualified) to compare volume against quality per source.
Export CSV — downloads the full dataset for the current filter selection. The button is disabled when there is no data.
Do not judge a channel on volume alone. A source with half the submissions but a much higher conversion percentage is delivering better leads. Use the Status filter to isolate converted leads and compare sources on quality rather than quantity.
